Over 25 years of diversified, both industry and government experience in Policy, Strategic, Sectoral Development and Mission Driven High Impact Projects. At MIGHT, he has led the implementation of several mission oriented national initiatives and projects namely the National Technology Foresight  Project,  Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Strategic Plan, Innovative SME Certification Program (1-InnoCERT) and Global Cleantech Innovation Program (GCIP). Datuk Nik is currently the Group Managing Director of MIGHT Technology Nurturing Sdn Bhd (MTN). MTN is the technology nurturing and implementationarmof MIGHT to empower high tech SMEs in game changing/strategic areas addressing urbanisation and climate change. Amongst its flagship initiative is the GEF/UNIDO Sustainable Cities Malaysia Program focusing into smarter and greener cities. MTN acts as the catalyzer in value adding to the industry bybridging Market, Technology, Funding/Investments and Talent Development.
