Dr. John Rogers

John specialises in the digitalisation of industries, having led the infrastructure build and e-commerce solutions for telecoms and banking organisations. For the past decade he has focused on digitalising construction, the industry in which he has spent most of his career. His expertise is in BIM (Building Information Modelling), the disruptive digital technology revolutionising the industry, allowing unparalleled design optimisation, delivery and use of buildings. This has organically grown to take in VR, AR, early blockchain and AI advances, all under the Smart Cities concept. John heads the Malaysian chapter of buildingSMART International, the global BIM authority.
