Dr. Sasitharan Nagapan

Dr. Sasitharan Nagapan is an energetic researcher, who worked as a lecturer in the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. He is actively involved in construction/building topic, particularly in construction waste research area. He has published a research book and presented/published more than 50 research papers in national and international arena. Furthermore, he received 9 awards/medals, 18 research grants/consultation project, and supervise more than 10 postgraduate students. He has served as an editor/reviewer for international journal, conference, symposium, which was indexed by ISI, SCOPUS & IEEE Xplore. Currently, he is serving as a member in professional bodies such as the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Council Member in Concrete Society of Malaysia (CSM) and others. His active contribution was awarded with an Excellent Service Award (APC) from the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia in 2007.
